PHOENHONE (H.K.) LIMITED is a seasoned Hong Kong trading house, committed to delivering efficient, reliable supply chain solutions. From Hong Kong — a trading and finance centre with direct reach into mainland China's manufacturing regions — we serve importers, distributors and brand owners who buy from China.
Our background is operational: sourcing products, evaluating suppliers, coordinating production and inspection, preparing export documentation and arranging shipment. We understand both sides of the transaction — what factories need in order to produce well, and what overseas buyers need in order to sell with confidence.
Today, PHOENHONE trades across a broad range of categories — tea products, home and living goods, kitchenware and drinkware, tools and hardware, small electrical appliances, bags, and jewellery and fashion accessories — and provides sourcing and supply chain services to business clients. That breadth is the product of long experience across product categories: each area has been added as the desk has mastered it, and every one is handled to the same standard.
PHOENHONE's trading business was built working with tea production in Zhejiang province, exporting Chinese tea to overseas markets.
That single thread still shapes our judgement today: respect for the product, patience with the process, and precision in the paperwork.
Our Approach

Products, grades and capabilities are described as they are. If something cannot be done to the required standard, we say so before an order is placed — not after.
Every order is anchored to an agreed specification and confirmed samples. Quality coordination and pre-shipment inspection are arranged against that standard.
Cross-border trade runs on information. We keep buyers updated on production and shipping status — and raise problems early, with options attached.
We measure success in repeat business. A supplier or buyer who works with us once should have every reason to work with us again.
